Bruce has worked in both commentary booth and on-course commentary in his role on televised golf events, utilising his broad experience in the game to provide credible and well researched commentary. Examples of Bruce's commentary work may be seen in the video section of the Media Video area of this site.

Bruce has developed an extensive background in television commentary. He first started in televised golf coverage in 1995 and has since worked for the ABC, Channel Ten, Television New Zealand and TV3 in New Zealand, PGA Tour Productions and for European Tour Productions on their World Feed coverage in Qatar, Portugal, Australia and New Zealand.

In the past few years Bruce has worked with European Tour Productions on their coverage of co sanctioned events in Australia and New Zealand, namely the MasterCard Masters, the New Zealand Open and the Johnnie Walker Classic (click here)

Recently, Bruce has provided commentary on highlights packages of Von Nida Tour and Tier 2 events in Australia including State Open and PGA Championships which now come under the umbrella of the PGA Tour of Australasia. A link to a summary of those events can be seen (here).

Bruce has also been involved of late as a regular analyst of major championships and other events for Sky News in Australia. (click here) and in 2011 Bruce conducted interviews with Australian players for Network Ten at the US Open at Congressional.

One of Bruce's more recent commentary assignments was his role in on course commentary at the 2012 Asia Pacific Amateur Championship where he worked alongside Bill Macatee and Frank Nobilo.
